This is made of two components; the foil which is designed to bond to the container and a paper board that remains in the cap acting as a secondary seal.

0.60 to 1.20 mm overall thickness
20, 30 or 40 micron Aluminum Foil
Virgin Pulpboard or Grey Recycled Board
Pre-cut discs or in Rolls
Welded Sealing or Peelable Sealing on your bottle
A venting membrane fused to a liner enable a continuous pressure equalisation to avoid container collapse
